Rahmenvertrag über die Lieferung verschiedener C-Teile-Komponenten für die Schüttgutlager inkl. eines digitalem Einbehälterbewirtschaftungssystem für die Lagerstandorte der Wien Energie GmbH im Großraum Wien Neben der Lieferung von C-Teile-Komponenten muss auch ein digitales Einbehälterungsbewirtschaftungssystem mit Wiegetechnik vom AN bereitgestellt werden. Das digitale Einbehälterbewirtschaftungssystem mit integrierter Wiegetechnik ist ein vollautomatisiertes Versorgungskonzept zur bedarfsgerechten und effizienten Bewirtschaftung von Schüttgutlagern für C-Teile-Komponenten. Mithilfe präziser Wiegezellen und moderner Kommunikationstechnologien wird der Materialbestand je Behälter kontinuierlich überwacht. Unterschreitet das gemessene Gewicht eines Behälters einen vordefinierten Melde- bzw. Mindestbestand, wird automatisch ein elektronischer Nachbestellprozess ausgelöst. Die Nachbestellung erfolgt systemgesteuert, ohne manuelle Eingriffe durch Lager- oder Betriebspersonal, und stellt eine permanente, bedarfsgerechte Versorgung sicher. Die verwendeten Behälter sind fest in das System integriert und mit der erforderlichen Wiegetechnik ausgestattet. Die Auffüllung der unterschrittenen Behälterbestände erfolgt im Rahmen der systemseitig ausgelösten Nachlieferung. Dadurch wird eine gleichmäßige Verfügbarkeit der benötigten C-Teile-Komponenten gewährleistet und Über- bzw. Unterbestände werden vermieden. Durch diesen automatisierten Ablauf kommt kein klassischer KANBAN-Kreislauf mit Leerbehältern zur Anwendung. Insbesondere entfallen der Umlauf, die Rückführung und die manuelle Handhabung von Leerbehältern, wodurch der logistische Aufwand reduziert, und die Prozesssicherheit erhöht wird.
