Description

Verfahrensgegenstand ist die „örtliche Bauleitung“, angelehnt an die Leistungsbilder der Leistungs- und Vergütungsmodelle LM.VM 2023: LM.OA - Leistungsmodell Objektplanung Architektur - Leistungsphase 8 - örtliche Bauaufsicht und Dokumentation Die Fachberufsschule Völkermarkt wurde Mitte der 1980er errichtet, 1988 um ein Internat erweitert. Aufgrund geänderter Anforderungen ist eine umfassende Generalsanierung sowie ein Ausbau nötig. Das Schul- und Internatsgebäude steht auf einem rund 15.000 m² großen Grundstück. Teile (ca. 6.500 m²) werden abgebrochen, rund 1.900 m² neu errichtet. Die Schule bildet jährlich ca. 550 Schüler:innen aus. Die Internatskapazität wird von 76 auf 80 Plätze erhöht. Schule und Internat werden nach aktuellen Standards neu strukturiert. Der Bestand wird teilweise erhalten, neue Baukörper entstehen. Die alte Turnhalle wird durch eine neue ersetzt.
