Der Auftraggeber, die Gemeinde Ungenach, beabsichtigt am Planungsgebiet den Neubau der 5-gruppigen Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung in Verbindung mit der Sanierung der Volksschule Ungenach inkl. Erweiterung für GTS-Bereich (Freizeit/Ausspeisungsraum). Die Beilagen Machbarkeitsstudie, Musterraumprogramm_KIGA_KS_Ungenach, Musterraumprogramm_VS_Ungenach_4_Klassen, Plan Volksschule sind zu beachten (siehe 06_Beilagen). Der Auftraggeber, die Gemeinde Ungenach, beabsichtigt am Planungsgebiet den Neubau der 5-gruppigen Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung in Verbindung mit der Sanierung der Volksschule Ungenach inkl. Erweiterung für GTS-Bereich (Freizeit/Ausspeisungsraum). Alle 06_Beilagen sind zu beachten. Die geplanten Maßnahmen sind der beilegenden Machbarkeitsstudie zu entnehmen. In der Machbarkeitsstudie mit Datum 26.03.2025 wurden die Beilage: 06_hochbautechnische_Stellungnahme_UBAT-ÖH(BD_BD_Sonnensteinstr) vom 19.03.2025 berücksichtigt. Auftragsgegenstand ist die eigenverantwortliche technische und kommerzielle Abwicklung des gesamten Bauvorhabens einschließlich der baulichen Umsetzung durch einen Totalübernehmer.
