Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Bauleistungen zur Umsetzung des Bauprojektes „Neubau MIKADO St. Johann“ gem. Leistungsbeschreibung und Planbeilagen. Los Bauleistung - Elektrotechnik Auf dem ehemaligen Areal der österreichischen Bundesforste im Süden der Stadtgemeinde St. Johann im Pongau sollen am südlichen Ortsrand verschiedene Funktionen zu einem neuen Multifunktionszentrum, dem sogenannten „MIKADO St. Johann“ zusammengefasst werden. Diese Funktionen sind: ein Kindergarten mit 6 Gruppen, eine Kleinkindbetreuung mit gesamt 10 Gruppen, ein Seniorentageszentrum für 20 Personen, ein Bürotrakt mit Arbeitsplätzen und Schulungsbereichen für die Mitarbeiter*innen des Hilfswerks, eine Großküche, eine Ordination eines Allgemeinmediziners, eine Tiefgarage mit rd. 100 Stellplätzen, Allgemeinräumen, den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Außenanlagen für die Kindereinrichtungen und den Anforderungen an die oberirdische Logistik. All diese Funktionen sollen auf der Liegenschaft vorbildhaft zu einem Ganzen verwoben werden, wobei die einzelnen Teile für sich und zueinander beispielgebend verbunden werden sollen. Die pädagogischen Ansprüche der Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen an den Hochbau und die dazu gehörigen Außenräume sollen innerhalb des Gesamtensembles einen besonderen Stellenwert ausfüllen wird, sondern innerhalb des angegebenen Spielraums ein Maximum an Freiraumqualität möglich macht. Die Gesamtaufgabe umfasst ca. 4.700 m2 Nutzfläche. Der bestehende Trafo an der Nordwestecke der Liegenschaft muss erhalten bleiben. Ein hochwertiger Wärmeschutz im Winter und ein effizienter baulicher Schutz vor sommerlicher Überwärmung werden erwartet. Die Auftraggeberin strebt für den Neubaubereich den klima:aktiv Standard gold an. Eine Holz- bzw. Holzhybridbauweise ist geplant. Vorliegend sind Elektrotechnikarbeiten gem. LV ausgeschrieben.
