Zur Vorbereitung von in Aussicht genommener Vergabeverfahren zur Beschaffung von Bauleistungen und bahntechnischer Ausrüstung für die Umsetzung des Projekts Regional-Stadtbahn Linz, führt die Schiene OÖ GmbH & Co KG eine Markterkundung gemäß § 197 BVergG 2018 durch. Ziel dieser Markterkundung ist es, den status quo des einschlägigen Markts zu eruieren und Vorschläge und Lösungsansätze zur Ausgestaltung der Ausschreibungs- und Vertragsunterlagen zu erhalten. Durch frühzeitigen Input von interessierten Unternehmen, die über Expertise und besondere Funktionalitäten in den betreffenden Bereichen verfügen, können die Ausschreibungs- und Vertragsunterlagen an die Möglichkeiten des Marktes im Einklang mit den Bedürfnissen der Auftraggeberin angepasst werden.
