(Die Verfahren werden im Detail gemäß § 29 Abs 10 AWG nach den Grundsätzen des Vergaberechts als Verhandlungsverfahren mit vorheriger Bekanntmachung gemäß BVergG 2018 durchgeführt. Darüber hinaus ist das Bundesvergabegesetz 2018 nicht anwendbar und unterliegt die gegenständliche Ausschreibung nicht dem Geltungsbereich des BVergG 2018.)
