Предвидените за изпълнение дейности, съгласно одобрения проект, вкл изпълнение на СМР по сградата, свързани с основен ремонт и енергийно обновяване, вкл. архитектурно-строителни и довършителни работи, ремонт и обновяване на покрива, топлоизолационни и хидроизолационни работи, подмяна на дограма и врати, изпълнение на настилки, мазилки, шпакловки, облицовки и боядисване. В обхвата са включени също ремонтни и съпътстващи дейности по сградата, както и изпълнение и обновяване на вътрешните електрически, заземителни и мълниезащитни инсталации. Предвижда се изпълнение на вътрешни водопроводни и канализационни инсталации, монтаж на санитарни прибори и оборудване, както и доставка и монтаж на системи и оборудване за отопление, вентилация и климатизация.Всички дейности следва да се изпълнят в пълно съответствие с проектната документация и в обемите и количествата, определени в Количествената сметка (Приложение № 1) както и в съответствие с изискванията на действащата нормативна уредба в РБ.
