С провеждане на настоящата обществена поръчка възложителят има за цел да избере изпълнител, който да извърши строително-монтажни работи и строително-ремонтни работи в сградата на ДГ „Елена Грънчарова, Филиал ДГ „Божур“, която се намира в гр. Горна Оряховица, ул. „Иларион Макариополски“ № 17. Предвижда се изпълнението на строително - ремонтните работи за  възстановяване експлоатационната годност на строежа чрез частична замяна на строителни елементи, съоръжения и инсталации със съвременни строителни системи. В обхвата на ремонта се предвиждат занималните за деца, кът за отдих, санитарните помещения, здравен кабинет и кабинет на счетоводител.​​​​​​​ Изпълнението на СМР и СРР включва дейностите подробно описани в Техническата спецификация и Количествената сметка, които са неразделна част от документацията на настоящата обществена поръчка.
