Granliavegen 40-50 består av 6 mindre leilegheiter, som har fungert som kommunale utleigebustadar. Prosjektet har motteke energitilskot frå Husbanken, og entreprenøren skal utføre arbeida slik at krav og forutsetningar for tilskotet tilfredsstillast og dokumenterast. Arbeidet er delt i tre delkontraktar: 1. Tømrararbeid 2. Røyrarbeid 3. Elektroarbeid Denne utlysinga gjeld Røyrarbeid. Delkontrakten har allereie vore utlyse ein gong, men konkurransen vart avlyst. Dei to andre delkontraktane er allereie lyst ut. Tømrararbeid er tildelt Røyvik Bygg og Betong AS.
