Nissedal kommune inviterer til open anbodskonkurranse om oppgradering av Lokstallen i Treungen til aktivitetshall. Prosjektet omfattar mellom anna oppgradering av innvendige overflater, etablering av nytt aktivitetsgolv, ventilasjonsanlegg, varmeanlegg, elektroinstallasjonar og nødvendige bygningsmessige arbeid. Bygningen er eit kulturhistorisk bygg knytt til Treungenbanen, og arbeida skal gjennomførast med omsyn til bygget sin kulturhistoriske verdi. Anskaffinga blir gjennomført som ei forenkla totalentreprise der entreprenøren har ansvar for prosjektering, dimensjonering, levering og utføring av alle arbeid som er nødvendige for eit komplett og funksjonelt prosjekt i samsvar med konkurransegrunnlaget.
