Description

Herøy kommune ber om tilbod på totalentreprise - ombygging av Industrivegen 19. Delen av bygget som skal rehabiliterast er på ca 385 m2, og er oppført i 3 forskjellige byggetrinn. BT1 oppført i 1985 ca 115 m2, BT2 oppført 1998-2000 ca 95 m2 og BT3 oppført i 2005 ca 175 m2. Prosjektomfang er i hovudsak å totalrehabilitere den innvendige delen i tillegg til mindre endringar av fasade. Totalentreprenør skal også gi ein opsjonspris på nye vindauge, solskjerming type screens og spliteining for kjøling IKT-rom, samt eventuelt frådrag eksisterande inntak/avkast. Detaljert oversikt av arbeidet er å finne i kravspesifikasjonar, sjå vedlegg pkt. 12. Prosjektet skal gjennomførast som totalentreprise og tilbodet skal omfatte komplett arbeid og inkludere prosjektering og leveransar som definert i prosjektets konkurransegrunnlag. Teikningsgrunnlaget er å oppfatte som ei moglegheitsstudiet og TE tar over det totalet ansvaret fram til overleveringstidspunktet. Kontraktarbeida skal ha oppstart direkte etter kontraktsinngåing og prosjektet vert forventa ferdigstilt i løpet av april 2027.
