Table vinegar (acetic acid solution), 9%, 1 litre

The buyer is procuring table vinegar, a 9% acetic acid solution, packaged in PET bottles of up to 1 litre. The goods may not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran. Delivery is made to the buyer's address upon its order request, using the supplier's own specialised transport and at the supplier's expense. On delivery, at least 80% of the product's total shelf life must remain from the date of arrival at the buyer's warehouse. The supplier must provide the documents listed in clause 5.6 of the draft contract. Payment is made in full after delivery, confirmed by signed delivery notes, within 20 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
