Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Поставка товару здійснюється відповідно до заявки Замовника та за його адресою, транспортом Постачальника та за його рахунок. Термін придатності товару - не менше 80% від загального терміну зберігання даного виду товару від дня поставки його на склад Замовнику. При поставці товару Постачальник надає документи, зазначені в п. 5.6 проєкту договору. Оплата поставленого товару здійснюється у повному обсязі по факту поставки, що підтверджується підписаними накладними, протягом 30 календарних днів з дати одержання товару.
