Законска обврска согласно следното • Член 5, 6, 11, 31,32 и член 46 став 1 од Законот за безбедност и здравје при работа (Сл. весник бр. 92/2007, 136/2011, 23/2013, 25/2013, 137/2013, 164/2013 и 226/2015). • Правилникот за условите за вработени, организацијата, техничките и другите услови кои треба да ги исполни правното или физичкото лице за вршење на стручни работи за безбедност и здравје при работа. • Правилникот за висината на трошоците за извршување на стручните работи за безбедност при работа. - Административна зграда на ЕСМ Производство, Топлана Исток, ул. Тодор Александров бр.6, Општина Гази Баба, територија на Град Скопје.
