Description

L'objecte del present contracte és l'execució de les obres de Reforma interior i adequació de l'espai de la planta golfes de l'edifici Ca l'Orga, situat al carrer Sant Isidre, 3, de Picamoixons, d'acord amb les especificacions tècniques detallades en el Projecte d'Obres aprovat per l'EMD de Picamoixons. L'objecte es defineix de forma determinada, complint amb el que disposa l'article 99.1 de la Llei 9/2017: «L’objecte dels contractes del sector públic haurà de ser determinat. El mateix es podrà definir en atenció a les necessitats o funcionalitats concretes que es pretenen satisfer, sense tancar l’objecte del contracte a una solució única.» Les actuacions principals, segons la Memòria descriptiva (MD 2) del projecte, són: 1. Adequació funcional de l'espai: Generació de noves particions interiors per separar els diferents espais (sala polivalent, zona de reunions, coordinació i recepció). 2. Supressió de barreres arquitectòniques: Instal·lació d'un ascensor electromecànic per a 8 persones (630 kg) i una plataforma de càrrega per garantir l'accessibilitat universal. 3. Preservació del patrimoni: Restauració i sanejament del mur interior catalogat com a Bé Cultural d'Interès Local (BCIL). 4. Millora del confort i instal·lacions: Renovació integral dels paviments (gres porcellànic i microciment), falsos sostres i execució de noves xarxes de climatització, electricitat, fontaneria i protecció contra incendis.
