The Sanxenxo Town Council, through the office of the Mayor, awarded works to build a coastal promenade from Paseo de Silgar to the entrance of Punta Vicaño Park and to recover the dune system and improve pedestrian access to Baltar beach. The contract went to ORECO BALGON, S.A. for EUR 1,474,508.71. The award was made on 19 August 2026, after the deadline for bids on 14 July 2026. The awarded price was 1% below the estimated value of EUR 1,487,599.58.
