Предмета на поръчката е част от дейностите, с които Община Каспичан участва в Програма „Развитие на регионите“ 2021-2027, BG16FFPR003-2.006.Конкретните дейности, които се предвиждат са:- Нови места за пикник с беседки в района на с. Могила, с. Кюлевча, с. Каспичан, 4 бр. - обособяване на места за отдих и туризъм, които включват нови пейки с маси за по осем души, беседки с маси и пейки, огнища;- Подобряване инфраструктурата на Средновековен некропол в кв. Калугерица, град Каспичан - включва обособяване на зона за информация за културно-историческото наследство на региона в непосредствена близост до Некропола в кв. Калугерица;- Обособяване и поддържане на туристически пътеки с начална точка с. Кюлевча, с. Могила и кв. Калугерица - включва обособяване на нови и реновиране на съществуващи туристически пътеки, ремонт на три чешми и доставка и монтаж на пейки.
