Закупівля здійснюється в рамках виконання заходів Плану України, схвалений розпорядженням Кабінету Міністрів України від 18.03.2024 № 244-р щодо реалізації фінансування Європейського Союзу згідно з інструментом Ukraine Facility, передбаченого Рамковою Угодою між Україною та Європейським Союзом щодо спеціальних механізмів реалізації фінансування Союзу для України згідно з інструментом Ukraine Facility, ратифікованої Законом України «Про ратифікацію Рамкової угоди між Україною та Європейським Союзом щодо спеціальних механізмів реалізації фінансування Союзу для України згідно з інструментом Ukraine Facility» від 06.06.2024 № 3786-IX. Закупівля проводиться в рамках реалізації публічного інвестиційного проекту на забезпечення якісної, сучасної та доступної загальної середньої освіти «Нова українська школа», в рамках виконання заходів Плану України, відповідно до вимог Порядку управління, моніторингу та контролю за виконанням Плану України, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 15 листопада 2024 року №1318 «Деякі питання реалізації інструменту Ukraine Facility» на виконання вимог Рамкової угоди. Цей крок співфінансується Європейським Союзом - Ukraine Facility.
