This tender covers the supply of equipment for aircraft and spacecraft, training simulators, simulators and related parts. The purchase is carried out under the Ukraine Facility and is co-financed by the European Union. It forms part of the implementation of the Ukraine Plan, measure 7.12 on ensuring access to safe and quality education. The procurement follows the procedures for purchases under the Ukraine Plan measures, in particular Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No 1554 of 31.12.2024, as amended by Resolution No 170 of 11.02.2026, concerning the public investment project 'New Ukrainian School' in 2026, funded from EU resources for Ukraine.
