Ціна тендерної пропозиції учасника визначається без урахування податку на додану вартість (ПДВ) відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 р. У разі якщо Постачальник є платником ПДВ та операція з постачання Товару підлягає оподаткуванню ПДВ відповідно до вимог законодавства України, сума ПДВ додається до ціни договору на етапі його укладення.
