Description

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses nach heutigen Standards in Ortsrandlage (Gemarkung Ostenland). Vorgesehen ist der Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses mit 7 Toren (6 Stellplätze und 1 Waschplatz) für Feuerwehrfahrzeuge, zusätzlich ausgestattet mit Lager, Werkstatt, Sanitär- und Umkleidebereich sowie anderen Funktionsräumen. Ein Raumprogramm liegt vor und wird mit den Vergabeunterlagen bereitgestellt. Die Fahrzeughalle muss erweiterbar sein. Im Außenbereich sind die erforderlichen befestigten Flächen (insb. Ausfahrt, Pkw-Stellplätze, Gehwege) zu planen. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die für das Vorhaben erforderlichen Objektplanungsleistungen zu den Leistungsbildern Gebäude und Innenräume sowie Verkehrsanlagen (Näheres siehe Abschnitt II.2.4 der Auftragsbekanntmachung ).
