Im Zuge des neuen Entwässerungskonzeptes für Oberflächenwässer Cyta werden im Jahr 2023 2 Porjekte verwirklicht. Mulde 2: Bei der Mulde 2 wird eine asphaltierte Fläche in eine Sickermulde umgewandelt, welche über einen Notüberlauf an den Regenwasserkanal angeschlossen wird. D Für die Zuleitung der Mulde wird entlang des Mpreis ein Rigol DN300 mit Gussabdeckung verlegt. Die in diesem Parkplatzbereich liegenden Ökosteine werden durch Asphalt ersetzt. Die Mulde 12 wird bei der südlichen Einfahrt neu errichtet. Die Einfahrt selbst muss 2 mal mit einem Abfluss DN150 gequert werden. Es werden 2 Straßeneinläufe bei der Einfahrt errichtet. Die Mulden werden generell mit einer Einstautiefe von 30cm errichtet. Unter der Mulde wird eine 30cm starke Schicht aus 16/32 Splitt hergestellt. Zwishcne dem Oberboden und dem Splitt wird ein Sickerflies eingebaut. Weitere kleinere Arbeiten am Gelände des Cyta-Areals sind möglich.
