Description

Gerüstbau An der Agentur für Arbeit in Nürnberg werden 3 Dachflächen komplett saniert, da es in diesen Bereichen immer wieder zu Wasserschäden kam. Die Bereiche werden eingerüstet als Arbeitsfläche bzw. Absturzsicherung, an der Straße wird Baustelleneinrichtung gestellt. Attikableche, Natursteinfassade, Taubenschutz, PS werden zurückgebaut. Substrat und Dachbekleidung werden abgetragen und entsorgt. Dachgullis werden ausgestemmt, erneuert und unter der Dachfläche neu angeschlossen. Im Innenhof wird in diesem Zug auch eine Glasscheibe im 5.OG über ein weiteres Gerüst auf dem Dach ersetzt. Anschließend wird ab Rohdecke ein neuer Dachaufbau hergestellt, Anschlüsse erneuert, bzw. ertüchtigt. Im Zuge der Gerüstbauarbeiten wird eine verkehrsrechtliche Anordnung eingeholt, übergeordnete Baustelleneinrichtung gestellt und die Dachflächen jeweils eingerüstet und teils mit einem Baugüteraufzug versehen. Teilweise sind Überbrückungen und Auslieger nötig.
