Vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos pirkimų atliekamų vandentvarkos, energetikos, transporto ar pašto paslaugų srities perkančiųjų subjektų, įstatymo 58 str. 1 d. 3 p. nuostatomis, atmestas UAB „TETAS“ Galutinis pasiūlymas, nes jis nepateikė kvalifikaciją patvirtinančių dokumentų. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad atmesti visi pateikti Pasiūlymai, vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos pirkimų atliekamų vandentvarkos, energetikos, transporto ar pašto paslaugų srities perkančiųjų subjektų, įstatymo 41 str. 2 dalies 2 punto nuostatomis, Pirkimas laikomas pasibaigusiu.
