Шляхом подання пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 822 Умовами проєкту договору передбачено комплекс заходів, спрямованих на запобігання постачанню товару, ввезеного в обхід передбачених законодавством правил, на який не поширюються офіційні гарантійні зобов'язання виробника, а також постачанню неліцензійного програмного забезпечення. Зокрема, встановлено вимоги щодо надання документів, що підтверджують офіційне походження Товару та законність використання програмного забезпечення, відповідальність Постачальника за надання недостовірних відомостей та документів, а також право Замовника відмовитися від Договору у разі невиконання Постачальником встановлених обов'язків щодо надання передбачених договором документів.
