Die Universitätsmedizin Halle (Saale) beabsichtigt, die Lieferung von Lizenzen, Softwarewartung und Herstellersupport für das im Haus eingesetzte E-Mail-Security-Gateway NoSpamProxy zu beauftragen. Geplant ist die Lieferung folgender Lizenzen, jeweils einschließlich Softwarewartung (Updates und Upgrades) für 36 Monate: - Modul Protection für 6.500 User - Module Encryption, Large Files und Disclaimer für je 100 User - eine Lizenz für einen zusätzlichen Server (Additional Server) Darüber hinaus soll ein Herstellersupport-Vertrag über 36 Monate abgeschlossen werden. Er umfasst Support per Telefon, E-Mail und Fernzugriff, werktags von 9 bis 17 Uhr. Die Lizenzen werden elektronisch per Lizenzschlüssel geliefert. Die Laufzeit beträgt 36 Monate ab Freischaltung und endet ohne automatische Verlängerung. Installations-, Konfigurations- und Migrationsleistungen sind nicht Bestandteil der Leistung. Die Einzelpositionen ergeben sich aus dem Preisblatt.
