Description

The contracting authority shall procure 1 item. Movix 4E+ DReam from Stephanix. The contract will be signed without a prior tender notice as Sykehusinnkjøp, after surveys in the market, is not aware that other tenderers have the necessary qualities that cover the department ́s requirements. Pursuant to procurements without a competition is the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 first section, letter b second point. An intention notice is published in accordance with the provision in § 21-5 If the Contracting Authority does not receive any objections in connection with the intention notice, the agreement will be sent for electronic signing after the waiting period Professional justification: The apparatus shall be used by the picture section at Bærum Hospital for mobile x-ray services at nursing homes, sheltered accommodations and other relevant municipal institutions. The apparatus shall be used for x-ray examinations of i.a. lungs, extremities, hips and bedpans. The mobile x-ray service involves frequent transport of the apparatus between different locations. It is therefore important that the apparatus is compact, has the lowest possible weight and is suitable for transport in small goods vans. Low weight is particularly important for practical handling and manoeuvring, including in confined spaces and in places with varying access conditions. The apparatus shall have a set of wheels that enables moving the apparatus in folded condition and laterally. It shall also have large wheels that are suitable for transport on rough and uneven surfaces.
