Description

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services for the development of the Panda model. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The contract has an estimated value of approx. NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT (approx. NOK 1,000,000 per annum in the contract period). The contract value is estimated and the contracting authority is not bound by this, as the contracting authority ́s need can vary from year to year. See the assignment ́s description for further information (Annex 2) and the Requirement Specifications (Annex 3).
