Forsvarsbygg has awarded a contract for suction and flushing services in Harstad and the surrounding area. The agreement covers emptying, control and cleaning of sand traps and septic tanks, oil and grease separators, steaming of ice plugs, and call-out assignments for high pressure flushing of blocked pipes, filming of pipes and similar work. It also includes disposal of suction materials such as unwatered septic sludge, vegetable by-products, sludge from grease traps and sand trap sludge at a legal reception. The contract was awarded to Perpetuum AS on 2026-08-27. The expected value over 5 years is NOK 15,400,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of NOK 21,600,000 excluding VAT. The contract replaces the current framework agreement, which is about to expire.
