Norway - Research consultancy services - Framework agreement for annual estimations and further development of methods for effect indicators in Innovation Norway's MRS system

Innovation Norway is procuring a framework agreement with a supplier of economic analysis and statistics to prepare annual estimates for the effect indicators in its target and performance management system (MRS). The estimates will be published in the annual report to Innovation Norway's owners and contracting authorities. The contract also covers further development of methods and use of the estimates, based on registry data and quasi-experimental design in line with DFØ guidelines. An independent, competent research environment is required. The analysis set-up developed in STATA will be handed over by Oslo Economics AS.
