Description
The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Troms County. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for plumbing services. The service delivery includes all the necessary ongoing plumbing services for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and minor improvements in the existing county building and for county dental services that can be carried out continuously without project organisation. The framework agreement also includes the delivery of materials. The delivery can consist of service and material or only delivery of service. Materials cannot be purchased alone on the contract. The framework agreement is divided into four sub-contracts in accordance with the regions: Sør-Troms Midt - Troms Tromsø region Nord-Troms Contracting Authority will enter into agreements with up to eight tenderers in total, two per region. Contracts will be awarded for each region in order of priority (1 and 2), provided that there are a sufficient number of qualified tenderers and submitted valid tenders.
Sub-competition for Plumbing services in South TromsThis contract is covered by the buildings stated in Annex 2 - Organisation Overview - South TromsService delivery including all the necessary ongoing plumbing services connected to operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and minor improvements in the existing county building and for county dental services that can be carried out continuously without project organisation. The estimated value for this sub-area is a turnover of NOK 4,800,000 excluding VAT per annum The Contracting Authority would like to point out great uncertainty connected to the value of the framework agreement. Political guidelines can change the extent of development/renovation projects in the short and long term. Tenderers must therefore be aware that the use of the contract can be considerably less than the limit.; Sub competition for Plumbing services in Mid-TromsThis contract is included in the buildings stated in Annex 2 - Business Overview - Mid-TromsService delivery includes all the necessary ongoing plumbing services connected to operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and minor improvements in the existing county building and for county dental services that can be carried out continuously without project organisation. The estimated value for this sub-area is a turnover of NOK 7,200,000 excluding VAT per annum The Contracting Authority would like to point out great uncertainty connected to the value of the framework agreement. Tenderers must therefore be aware that the use of the contract can be considerably less than the limit.; Sub-competition for Plumbing services in North TromsThis contract is included in the buildings stated in Annex 2 - Entity Overview - North TromsService delivery includes all the necessary ongoing plumbing services connected to operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and minor improvements in the existing county building and for county dental services that can be carried out continuously without project organisation. The estimated value for this sub-area is a turnover of NOK 1,600,000 excluding VAT per annum The Contracting Authority would like to point out great uncertainty connected to the value of the framework agreement. Political guidelines can change the extent of development/renovation projects in the short and long term. Tenderers must therefore be aware that the use of the contract can be considerably less than the limit.
