Police Shared Services (PFT), acting for the National Police Directorate and the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, is holding a Request for Information ahead of a future procurement of technical outerwear. PFT handles strategic procurement for the Norwegian Police, the Norwegian Correctional Service and Norwegian Customs. The products sought include shell jackets, shell trousers, insulation jackets and softshell jackets for daily operative use, a heavy-duty commercial off-the-shelf field uniform, and off-the-shelf insulated arctic products. The RFI serves as an early market dialogue to identify potential suppliers and assess how the market can meet the agencies' needs.
