Vefsn municipality in Norway intends to set up a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement and leasing of official passenger cars and goods vans. The scheme will cover the municipality's need for self-transport, and the contracting authority wants the future fleet to be more climate friendly and environmentally friendly. A comprehensive description of each procurement will be published in each competition under the scheme. Suppliers of passenger cars and goods vans may apply to join the system, and competitions will be run among the admitted parties.
