1.1 Information on the procurement Sandnes municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, is preparing a framework agreement with up to 2 - two - tenderers for temporary hire of event technical equipment and staffing for various events. The events can take place during the day and/or evening, on weekdays and/or on weekends. The need can vary and change from year to year. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but it is estimated that the procurement ́s annual value will be between NOK 200,000,000 and NOK 2,000,000. NOK 450,000 - 700,000 excluding VAT. This gives a combined value for the entire contract period, including options, for between NOK 200,000,000 and NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. NOK 1,800,000 - 2,800,000 excluding VAT. The difference is due to uncertainty as to which events will be held in the future. The estimate is based on statistics from previous years, is only of an informative character and is not binding for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.
