The buyer, the Norwegian Nuclear Decommissioning (NND) together with the Institute for Energy Technology (IFE), intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the installation and upgrade of locks and fittings for the nuclear facilities of NND and IFE. The properties concerned are currently located at Kjeller, Halden and Himdalen in Norway. Following the planned transfer of IFE's nuclear facilities to NND at Kjeller and Himdalen, NND will continue to use the framework agreement. The purpose is to purchase locksmith services for both new installations and upgrades. The buyer reserves the right to conclude separate contracts for larger projects.
