Description

The laboratories at Haukeland University Hospital, Førde Central Hospital and Stavanger University Hospital currently use the LIAISON® QuantiFERON-TB® Gold Plus analysis for diagnosing tuberculosis. SSI Diagnostica A/S is the only supplier that delivers the blood sample tubes that are used for this analysis. Helse Bergen HF, Helse Førde HF and Helse Stavanger HF would like to enter into a joint, regional framework agreement for blood sample tubes. As SSI Diagnostica A/S is the only supplier in the market for these blood sample tubes, it is assumed that the terms in the procurement regulations § 13-4 first section letter b no. 3 are fulfilled. Based on this, a direct procurement can be carried out. The agreement is planned to be signed 10 days after publication of the intention notice.
