IKT Agder IKS intends to award a direct contract to Visma Flyt AS for the trade system Visma Flyt PPT, covering the educational-psychological services (PP services) within the IKT Agder cooperation. The procurement includes user rights, establishment, operation, maintenance, upgrades, user support and necessary integrations. The system must support professional and administrative case handling, document handling, archiving, communication, access management and processing of personal data. The estimated total value is NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT, calculated over a combined contract period of eight years, adjustable for final scope, clarifications and price index regulation. The procedure follows the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 letter b no. 2, with an objection period of at least ten calendar days before signing.
