Description
The procurement is planned to be a direct procurement from Marina Harbour Solutions AS, pursuant to FOA § 5-2 (1) letter a. The system that shall be delivered is a tested system for floating piers with a basement for storing equipment, as well as connected floating piers for the establishment of a municipal service port at Ballstad. After a market survey, Vestvågøy municipality has not found other potential suppliers than Marina Harbour Solutions AS. Dialogues have been held with others who have announced competitions for equivalent solutions, with no other tenders than from Marina Harbour Solutions AS. Our knowledge is, thus, that there is only one specific supplier in the market who can cover the need for this procurement. Vestvågøy municipality intends to enter into a contract with Marina Harbour Solutions AS unless other tenderers register within ten business days calculated from the day after the date of this notice, no earlier than 17.04.2026.
