Norway - Framework agreement for operational leasing of vehicles and administration of the county's vehicles

A Norwegian county municipality is procuring a new framework agreement for operational leasing of vehicles and administration of the county's vehicle fleet. The buyer requires all brands within the passenger, goods, cargo and minibus segments up to 7.5 tons, deliverable with fossil fuel, electric and hybrid drivetrains. Vehicles must be removable locally, with service and maintenance carried out at the local market workshop. Depending on vehicle type, the contracting authority must be able to choose leasing periods from 2 to 5 years. Small businesses able to supply these segments in Norway may participate in the tender procedure.
