Description
Aurland municipality intends to enter into an agreement for active debt management, under this follow-up and consultancy services. The aim of the contract is to manage the municipality ́s loan portfolio in a way as a bidreg to minimise net interest costs over time. The contracting authority plans to enter into a contract with Bergen Capital. Management AS. After a market survey, the contracting authority has not identified other suppliers who offer equivalent services, and the contracting authority is assessing therefore that there is a lift lead for direct procurement, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 21-5, as an opnar for contract signing, on a prior competition when there is a tenderer in the market market.
