Midtre Romerike Avlopsselskap - MIRA IKS has awarded a process contract for the expansion of the Tangen sewage treatment plant in Norway. The works consist of a new treatment stage to reduce nitrogen in purified sewage water, built in a separate building and connected to the existing facility with the necessary adaptations, with some work inside the existing plant. The contract is executed as an interaction contract based on a modified version of NS 8407. Purac AB won the contract for EUR 16,445,404.01, which is 38% above the estimated value of EUR 11,943,589.51. The contract was awarded on 2026-06-19.
