NMBU in Ås, Norway, intends to enter into two framework agreements for the delivery of drinks and prepared food, and in some cases serving, to various locations at Campus Ås. The agreements run for two years from 2 January 2027, with options to extend for 1+1 year. Sub-contract 1 covers drop-off deliveries of drinks and ready-prepared food for meetings, courses and workshops of limited extent, without serving or clearing up, mainly during ordinary working hours Monday 08:00-16:00. Sub-contract 2 covers more formal events such as conferences, seminars and receptions, which may include serving, covering up, clearing and other manpower, both within and outside ordinary working hours, including evenings.
