Description

The objectives of this contract is to provide consulting services to The Client related but not limited to: • management and administration of the works/supplies/services Contracts with particular reference to the Client’s obligations defined in the Project’s Financing documents (such as Loan and Project Agreements, etc.) are well catered for;• daily management of the Project under all its stages and in particular procurement, pre-construction, claims management, liaison with designers, supervising engineers, Contractor(s) and responsible representatives of the Client, risk management, advising on specific technical issues; • cooperation with the Banks and other financing entities; • obligations and duties of the Client (for the various contracts) under the terms of PRAG conditions of contracts applicable for works and services contracts; • oversight and ensuring implementation of the Project in accordance with national environmental and social laws/procedures as well as those of the EIB and EBRD - collectively hereafter the “Safeguard Provisions”; and • putting in place the operating and maintenance arrangements for the Project.
