Description

Lieferung von neuen oder von maximal 1 Jahr alten Niederspannungs- und Mittelspannungskabeln über eine feste Vertragsdauer von 3 Jahren ab 01.04.2027 mit Option von Vertragsverlängerungen um jeweils 1 Jahre bis maximal 5 Vertragsjahre. Ebenso entscheid der Auftraggeber frei über die Option einer Vertragsverlängerung oder über eine Neuausschreibung. Die Ausschreibung gliedert sich in 4 Lose (NS-Cu, NS-Alrm, NS-Alse und MS) mit insgesamt 16 Kabeltypen gemäss nachfolgender Auflistung. Für jedes Los erhalten grundsätzlich die zwei erstrangierten Anbieter den Zuschlag. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, den Auftrag pro Los jeweils an die zwei bestbewerteten Anbieter zu vergeben, um die Liefermenge sinnvoll aufzuteilen und die Einhaltung allfälliger Lieferfristen sicherzustellen. Die prozentuale Aufteilung der Vergabemenge kann dabei von Los zu Los unterschiedlich ausfallen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich zudem vor, den Rahmenvertrag abweichend davon nur mit dem Anbieter mit der höchsten Bewertung abzuschliessen.
