Description

Im Zuge der Sanierung und Neugestaltung des Strassenraums wird der bestehende Strassenoberbau vollständig erneuert und an die heutigen Anforderungen angepasst. Die bestehende Fahrbahn sowie die Geh- und Randbereiche werden rückgebaut und entsprechend dem neuen Strassenprojekt neu erstellt. Die Werkleitungsinfrastruktur umfasst insbesondere die Trinkwasserversorgung, die Elektrizitätsversorgung sowie die Fernwärme. Gleichzeitig wird die Kanalisation erneuert bzw. ergänzt und auf die zukünftigen Anforderungen hinsichtlich Entwässerung und Kapazität ausgelegt. Die Bauausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise und unter Berücksichtigung der bestehenden Erschliessungen sowie in Abstimmung mit den umliegenden Bauprojekten und deren jeweiligem Baufortschritt. Während der Bauzeit wird die Verkehrsführung provisorisch organisiert, wobei die Zufahrt zu den angrenzenden Grundstücken sowie die notwendigen Fuss- und Veloverbindungen soweit möglich aufrechterhalten werden. Die verschiedenen Bauphasen der Werkleitungen, Kanalisation, Fernwärme und des Strassenbaus werden koordiniert, um die Bauzeit und die Einschränkungen für Anwohnende und Verkehrsteilnehmende möglichst gering zu halten.
