Gegenstand der Ausschreibung:   Lieferung und Montage einer Mittelspannungsanlage (auf der Parzelle 3658) nach den geltenden Normen und Vorschriften der StV (Starkstromverordnung) und den Vorgaben der Netze Spreitenbach AG.     Anlagekonfiguration und Normen           - Betriebsbedingungen nach IEC 62271-1 - Schaltanlage nach IEC 62271-200 - Leistungsschalter nach IEC 62271-100 - Lasttrennschalter nach IEC 62271-103 - Erdungsschalter nach IEC 62271-102 - Stromwandler nach IEC 61869-2 - Betriebsverfügbarkeit LSC 2B - Störlichtbogenklassifizierung IAC A FLR - Schottungsklasse PM                         - Vorschriften: Striktes Befolgen von NIV, NIN, StV, ESTI-Richtlinien und Werksvorschriften der Netze Spreitenbach AG.   Elektrische Bemessungsdaten                                    - Spannung: Bemessungsspannung 24kV (Betrieb 16kV), BIL 125kV - Leistung: Sammelschiene 2000A, Kurzschlussfestigkeit 25kA (3s) - Hilfsspannung: Steuerung und Auslösung über 110 VDC   Komponenten & Umfang                                             - Schaltfelder: 18 Felder (inkl. Leistungsschalter, Messung, Kupplung). - Schutztechnik: Einbau und Parametrierung von Schutzrelais - Messung: Wandler (Strom/Spannung) inkl. Werkskalibrierung und Montage vor Ort. - Dokumentation: Vollständige Unterlagen für ESTI-Eingabe, Prüfprotokolle und Konformitätserklärungen.
