Description

Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions). Le contrat prévoit la possibilité de confier ultérieurement au titulaire du marché, un ou plusieurs nouveaux marchés ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires. La prestation de nettoyage/désinfection de certains locaux du centre Aqua'Rel (les zones de bassin ainsi que le hall d'accueil, seront toujours à la charge de la collectivité). Cette prestation s'entend pour chaque journée d'ouverture du centre Aqua'Rel au public (hors périodes de fermeture pour vidanges, travaux et certains jours fériés). Pas de reprise du personnel (cf. ARTICLE 5 du CCTP)
