Nešiojamų rampų viešasis pirkimas Tiekėjas pateikė parašymą pakeisti Techninę specifikaciją, prašymas buvo išnagrinėtas ir perkančioji organizacija pripažino, kad iš dalies prašymas pagrįstas ir tenkintinas ir priėmė sprendimą keisti Techninę specifikaciją. Siekiant užtikrinti tiekėjų konkurenciją ir nediskriminavimą ir visiems vienodas sąlygas dalyvauti pirkime, pirkimas buvo nutrauktas.
