De opdracht betreft standdesign en standinrichting. Maandag 6 juli 11:00 via Teams is de inlichtingenbijeekomst via Teams. Meldt je aan via Mercell om de Teamslink te ontvangen. De opdracht omvat in ieder geval, maar niet uitsluitend: • het ontwikkelen van nieuwe standontwerpen en het doorontwikkelen van bestaande concepten, passend binnen de strategische positionering van Opdrachtgever als werkgever en kennispartner; • het vertalen van communicatiedoelstellingen en evenement-specifieke behoeften naar functionele, ruimtelijke en technisch uitvoerbare standconcepten; • het verhuren, produceren en/of vervaardigen van standelementen (voor het inrichten van een presentatieruimte) en grafische uitingen; • het leveren, transporteren, op- en afbouwen en inrichten van stands* of presentatieruimtes op uiteenlopende locaties, waaronder grote beurslocaties, externe evenementenlocaties en incidenteel defensielocaties; • het verzorgen van alle daaraan gerelateerde (technische) voorzieningen, waaronder constructieve elementen, verlichting, audiovisuele middelen, elektra- en watervoorzieningen, meubilair en decoratieve elementen; • het opslaan, beheren en onderhouden van standmaterialen die eigendom zijn van Opdrachtgever; • het beheren van een Beeldbank van Opdrachtgever. • het registreren, administreren en rapporteren over de actuele voorraad en het gebruik van materialen; • het actief adviseren van Opdrachtgever over optimalisatie, duurzaamheid, hergebruik en kostenbeheersing gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van de standmaterialen; • het leveren van maatwerk per Evenement binnen de kaders van de ROK, waarbij flexibiliteit en tijdige uitvoering essentieel zijn. *) bestaande standontwerpen, doorontwikkelde standontwerpen of geheel nieuwe standontwerpen.
