Description

Het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf neemt jaarlijks deel aan de PROVADA in de Amsterdam RAI, wat de grootste vastgoedbeurs van Nederland is. Voor deze beurs dient voor het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf een nieuwe beursstand van maximaal 110m2 (10m x 11m) te worden ontworpen, geproduceerd en jaarlijks tijdens de PROVADA van 2026 tot en met 2027 (en indien de Overeenkomst verlengd wordt ook voor 2028 en 2029) te worden gerealiseerd. De PROVADA vindt jaarlijks vrijwel altijd plaats in juni, waarbij de data van de editie van 2026 op 9, 10 en 11 juni zijn. Voor de data voor de PROVADA 2027 tot en met 2029 geldt dat deze nog niet bekend zijn gemaakt. Vanwege het expireren van een raamovereenkomst die het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf had met een opdrachtnemer, met betrekking tot het ontwerpen, produceren en jaarlijks realiseren van een beursstand, moet de dienstverlening opnieuw worden aanbesteed. De scope van de opdracht bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit: - Ontwerp, productie, transport, opbouw, demontage en opslag van: • Beursstand met een maximale omvang van 110 m2; • Eyecatcher; • Twee statafels. - Dienstverlening in de vorm van projectmanagement gedurende de realisatiefase.
